How long does shipping take?
We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, while express options can arrive within 24 hours depending on your location.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Since we sell alcoholic beverages, a person over the age of 18 (or 21, depending on local laws) must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the delivery.
What happens if my beer arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if any bottles or cans arrive broken, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer cold-chain delivery?
To ensure maximum freshness, we use insulated packaging for specific craft beers. However, most of our inventory is shipped in sturdy, ambient-temperature boxes designed for transit safety.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped.
